Book & Media Projects

A Modular Design

Book & Media projects are designed for individuals, families and organizations who want to create records of their history, life experiences, and knowledge.

Each piece of this process is available as a stand alone product. For example, a digital book may not need print services, and an oral history project may not need writing or publishing services. After we discuss the scope and requirements of your project, I’ll come up with a plan and pricing that we can discuss and fine tune.

The Process
Guided conversations form the foundation of all projects. Audio transcripts supply the source material from which the book’s contents develop.

Ideally, our conversations take place in-person. I can travel to where you are to record the sessions, or, if necessary, sessions can be virtual.

As we progress, the structure, themes and voice of your book will emerge, and I will begin to outline the structure and draft the prose, with check points to keep us on course.

Book projects range from several months to a year to complete, and include:
